Update the kit spec v2 draft to match the sbx-kits-contrib spec-v2 grammar branch and PR docker#150. Use the current v2 field names for permissions, setup, agentInstructions, ports, requires, extends image inheritance, credential schemes, OAuth structure, and required credential behavior.
